Peak Vista is seeking an experienced Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner to join our team of excellent practitioners. Must be licensed to practice in Colorado or be eligible to obtain a CO license. Prescriptive authority preferred. Must be comfortable in providing full scope Women’s Services to include gynecological and prenatal care and be able to serve in a full-time capacity in our Women's Health Center. This position is an excellent opportunity for career growth, providing a wide variety of opportunities and excellent mentorship.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, treat, and provide consultation and education to adolescent and adult female patients, and provide medical care of the female reproductive system and associated disorders, including major medical diseases that are complicating factors in pregnancy. To include the ability to perform a history, physical examination, gynecological examination, management of prenatal care, infertility workups, order appropriate lab work, order radiological and other related clinically indicated studies. Develop treatment plans and provide necessary and appropriate follow up care. Initiate consultation requests to specialists and other health professionals to include physical therapy, occupational therapy, dietitians as indicated
Compensation (Pay): $117,374.40 to $144,355.71/annually, based on experience.
*Other compensation may include signing bonuses, rural differentials, and relocation reimbursement.
