Compensation (Pay): $16.00 to $23.20/hourly, based on experience.

Job Summary: The Facilities Help Desk Coordinator is the central point of contact for the department for all incoming work requests, financial tracking, and record keeping. This position dispatches work orders to technicians and is responsible for scheduling the repair of facilities related equipment.This includes the maintenance and minor repairs of building systems.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintains documentation and record keeping of all records to include financial, AAAHC, HRSA, OSHA State, Federal, and other compliance records as needed.
  • Dispatches services requests, tracks and manages work order tickets, and schedules vendors and Facilities personnel as needed.
  • Works closely with Materials Managements and Finance departments in submitting purchase requests, tracking purchase orders, and processing unique invoices for payments.
  • Works closely with contractors and vendors to ensure work gets scheduled and completed in a timely fashion.
  • Provides a wide range of support to all departments throughout Peak Vista, such as special events coordination and set-ups.
  • Processes inbound calls and emails in an efficient and effective manner.
  • Requires strong computer skills in MS Office and various other applications.
  • Promotes and demonstrates the mission, vision, and Core Values of Peak Vista.
  • Develops and maintains good working relationships with all departments, the management team, medical staff, and leadership.

Education/Experience:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent education.
Work Experience: Minimum of one year of experience in an administrative support role preferred.

Computer Skills: Basic – ability to access the intra/internet to manage timecard, review policies and procedures, and read company communications; use e-mail to communicate with co-workers, leadership, and other departments; enter and correct data, modify a workbook, format a worksheet, and use printing functions; create a simple presentation in PowerPoint, run it, and print it. 

Certificates and Licenses: 
  • Valid Colorado driver’s license, a clean driving record, and insurable by Peak Vista insurance carrier.
  • Applicants must be at least 21 years of age or older to be an eligible driver on behalf of Peak Vista.
  • The Facilities position requires that all technicians own and maintain a dependable and reliable vehicle as a condition of employment. Additionally, technicians are periodically required to use their personal vehicles as part of their normal duties.
