Job Summary (Essential Functions)

Executive Administrative Assistant provides support to Senior Leadership. Handles a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and works independently with little or no supervision. Supports Executive staff or members of Senior Leadership at once. Performs complicated scheduling and email management. Provides other support and assistance as necessary to increase office efficiency and productivity. Responsible for attending and taking minutes for various meetings. Compiles and distributes reports to management. Handles general office duties. Coordinates and monitors assigned projects and responsible parties to assure timely completion.
Interacts with staff in a fast-paced environment, with specific deadlines, remaining flexible, focused, proactive, resourceful and efficient. Uses expert level written and verbal communication skills, decision making abilities and attention to detail in daily tasks. Performs other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

Education: High School graduate, GED or equivalent in work experience required.

Work Experience: Minimum 3 years administrative assistant experience preferred.

Cognitive Skills (Language, Math, Reasoning Ability): High language, reasoning, critical thinking, and problem solving abilities, excellent customer service skills required. High volume quality work is paramount. Strong professionalism and confidentiality are also required.

Computer Skills: Must have calendaring and preferably Microsoft Outlook experience. Experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, at minimum; Keyboarding skills with accuracy.

Other Skills: Well developed multiple project management; training, meeting minutes required.

Physical Demands

Frequent standing and walking, occasional long periods of sitting, moderate bending, moderate energy requirements and fine motor skills. Looking at computer screen continuously for long periods of time, hearing within normal range. Must be able to lift 15 pounds.
