Peak Vista seeks an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team of excellent family practitioners, internists and pediatricians.  Must be licensed to practice in Colorado or be eligible to obtain a CO license.  Prescriptive authority preferred. Must be comfortable in providing care to all age groups and be able to serve at our minor illness acute care center. 

Our ideal candidate has 2+ years of practice experience in family medicine, practicing in a primary care setting.  Licensed and comfortable seeing all ages on average 20-25 patients per day.  Our Health Centers utilize NextGen EHR, working knowledge of NextGen or other EHR systems is a plus; computer proficiency a must. 

You will be joining a team of providers, including a medical director, physician and other advanced practice providers.  This position offers an excellent opportunity for career growth, providing a wide variety of opportunities, including process and quality improvement projects and mentorship.  Supervision offered, although demonstrated confidence and provider who is a self- starter would be a plus!
