Peak Vista's Limon Health Center located in scenic Eastern Plains seeks a General Dentist committed to providing excellent quality oral health care in our patient-centered medical/dental home clinics. 

Dentist will provide general dental services in an ambulatory clinical setting to patients of all ages, consistent with the needs of PVCHC patients. Dental Health services shall be performed in accordance with reasonable dental standards of care as promulgated or established by PVCHC, the Colorado Dental Association, and applicable Colorado statutes and regulations. Travel to alternate dental clinic sites may be required. 

Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Graduated from an accredited university as a Doctor in Dental Surgery or Doctor of Dental Medicine. Additional post dental school education desirable (AEGD or GPR.)Must be licensed to practice in Colorado.   We seek individuals committed to a rural practice with the desire to establish roots in the community.
