Job Summary (Essential Functions)

Provides overall leadership, management and coordination of the Executive Offices. Provides direct support to the President and CEO; manages the overall activities of all Executive Offices including the Chief Medical and Dental Officer, Chief Nursing and Operations Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Legal Officer, and Chief Development Officer; coordinates the Executive Offices Executive Administrative Assistants. Is the central person to coordinate and assure the overall functioning of the Executive Offices. Includes: •Direct support for the President & CEO. Plans, coordinates, and assures that the President & CEO’s schedule has detailed information regarding each appointment to include purpose of meeting, meeting attendees, meeting materials/presentations, meeting location and travel directions. Able to prioritize President & CEO’s schedule based on priority of need. •Lead projects as assigned. •Write reports, briefings, Board decision memos, presentations, correspondence, and other documents as requested by the President and CEO. •Coordinates and assures delivery of Board of Directors deliverables. Direct support for the Board of Directors and Board Committees including meeting materials, minutes, communication, travel, travel reimbursements. •Coordinates with the Chiefs to assure projects and timelines are met. Acts as liaison between the President & CEO and Chiefs to communicate requests, timeline changes, and updates. •Coordinates the Chief’s Executive Assistants and assures the needs of the Chiefs are met as well as to assure overall coordination and communication of projects, timelines, and communications are met. If supervises then: Hires, trains, mentors, and evaluates Executive Assistants. If coordinates then: supports the process to Hire, train, mentor, and evaluate Executive Assistants •Assures purchasing, monthly budget variances, yearly budgeted, PTO, and overall office management is completed timely and accurately. •Attends Executive Team meetings, Board meetings, and Leadership meetings.


Qualifications

Education: Bachelors's Degree in Health Administration or other related field. Master's Degree preferred.

Work Experience: 5 years program/senior leadership management level experience including 3 years of direct supervisory experience.

Cognitive Skills (Language, Math, Reasoning Ability): Solid project management skills; able to work within a fast paced, changing environment; calm under pressure.

Computer Skills:

Other Skills: Able to anticipate needs of the Executive offices and plan accordingly to assure timelines met; high level of professionalism; attention to detail; excellent writing, editing and proof reading skills; able to manage multiple high level projects; outstanding judgement and critical thinking skills; outstanding communication skills; outstanding organization skills.

Physical Demands

Frequent standing and walking, occasional long periods of sitting, moderate bending, moderate energy requirements, and frequent fine motor skills. Looking at computer screen continuously for long periods of time, hearing within normal range. Must be able to lift 20 pounds
