Peak Vista Community Health Centers is a non-profit healthcare organization whose mission is to provide exceptional healthcare to people facing access barriers.  We provide primary care services (medical, dental and behavioral healthcare) through 25 outpatient health centers in El Paso, Teller, Lincoln, Adams, Elbert, and Kit Carson counties.  We deliver care with our strong “Hospitality” culture.  Our organization has over 600 employees and serves over 10% of the residents in the Pikes Peak region.  Peak Vista is accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care, Inc. (AAAHC).

Job Summary (Essential Functions)
Provides administrative support and manages the day-to-day administrative coordination of PVCHC's Business Intelligence and Revenue Team.  Direct support to the Vice President of Business Intelligence and Revenue and provides as needed support to the Director of the Revenue Cycle and Business Intelligence Manager. Works with team in coordinating training, departmental meetings, and special projects for the team. Maintains Business Intelligence and Revenue policies and procedures. Orders supplies as needed for the department. May attend meetings as assigned as a recorder. Manages team documentation to include report catalogs, data definitions and the data warehouse data dictionaries. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Education: High School graduate, GED equivalency. Associates preferred in Business or Health Information
Work Experience: Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience required, experience with documentation of data requirements preferred
Cognitive Skills (Language, Math, Reasoning Ability): High language, high reasoning and critical thinking abilities
Computer Skills: Advanced-level experience with Word, Access, Excel, Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint and working knowledge of SharePoint. Keyboarding skills-accuracy to a minimum of 65 words per minute.
Other Skills: Well developed multiple project management. Ability to work with a diverse patient population. Ability to plan, facilitate meetings. Must be able to discreetly work with and maintain highly confidential information. Must be well-organized, driven and able to work in a fast-paced quick turn-around environment.. Proficient and intuitive writing skills.


Physical Demands

Frequent standing and walking, occasional long periods of sitting, moderate bending, moderate energy requirements, and frequent fine motor skills.  Looking at computer screen continuously for long periods of time, hearing within normal range.  Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
