Job Summary (Essential Functions)

Works closely with medical residents, NP fellows, medical students, NP students, PA students, RN students, BH students, others as assigned.  Medical education coordination of rotations at facilities/space planning, especially in close concert with the Clinical Team Manager of the respective clinics.  Logistics of learners, when, where and who, with preference to local partners such as UCCS, CU, Beth El Nursing, Regis, RVU and those students and residents with direct local history or longitudinal contact with our Fellowship.  Coordination of didactic lectures, timing and overlap between programs here, ie residency, fellowship, MS joint lectures when applicable.  HR liaison, onboarding and offboarding of learners.  Coordination with Clinical Team Manager's, essential monthly Med Ed team meetings of MS physician Director, PRD, Fellowship Director and others.  Specific scheduling of learners in clinics.  Letters of thanks, contact list of key partners and internal preceptors; expert in various IT products related to training, MS Office product proficient.  Minute taker for various meetings.  Coordination with outside partners for meeting timing and scheduling for our teams.  Coordination of applications, interviews and related processes.  Collection of accreditation data and assistance with accreditation process.

Qualifications

Education: B.A. in healthcare-related field or exceptional commensurate experience, preferred.

Work Experience:  Minimum of 3-5 years office administration experience required.  Healthcare and/or education setting preferred.

Cognitive Skills:  Must possess excellent cognitive skills and highly effective verbal and written communication skills.

Computer Skills:  Working knowledge of software applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Power Point required.  Experience with healthcare workforce scheduling software, such as New Innovations,highly desirable.

Other Skills:  Must possess and demonstrate strong organizational skills.  Excellent time management skills and ability to successfully multi-task around competing priorities.  High level of collaboration with internal and external partners.  Able to handle sensitive information with absolute confidentiality.

Physical Demands

Frequent standing and walking, occasional long periods of sitting, moderate bending, moderate energy requirements, and frequent fine motor skills.  Looking at computer screen continuously for long periods of time, hearing within normal range.  Must be able to life 20 pounds.
