We provide primary care services (medical, dental and behavioral healthcare) through 20 outpatient health centers in El Paso and Teller counties. Job Summary (Essential Functions)
Job Summary (Essential Functions): Provides administrative support in Human Resources. Maintenance of personnel files, processing status forms, HRIS data input, tracking of RN and Pharmacy licenses, purchase requisitions, Hospitality Ambassador of the Month program, employee training plan notification to managers, badges, preparation of orientation packets, document retention and destruction, ordering supplies for department, back up for front reception desk and Employment Specialist, supports department in faxing and copying needs. Provides administrative support for worker’s compensation insurance administration including, but not limited to: first report of injury (process and track), monthly reports, maintain case files, point of contact for the employee and Pinnacol Assurance, conduct ergonomic evaluations, attend worker compensation hearings, update timecards with work comp data, participate in the safety committee. Maintain and update OSHA reports, follow up on safety related complaints or reporting. Performs other duties as assigned.

Education: High School diploma, GED or equivalent in work experience required.
Work Experience: 2 or more years experience in human resources is preferred; general office experience required.
Cognitive Skills (Language, Math, Reasoning Ability): Excellent written and verbal communication skills, good math skills, good reasoning and critical thinking abilities required.
Computer Skills: Must have intermediate to advanced user of at least 2 of the following: word processing, spreadsheet, HRIS software, PowerPoint, or other specialized software. Keyboarding skills and Internet search skills desirable.
Other Skills: Ability to manage projects as well as short-term assignments, prioritize multiple tasks; working knowledge of regulations and legal implications in human resources preferred. Working knowledge of common office equipment, e.g. facsimile, printers, copiers, calculator required.
Physical Demands: Frequent standing and walking, occasional long periods of sitting, moderate bending, moderate energy requirements, and frequent fine motor skills. Looking at computer screen continuously for long periods of time, hearing within normal range. Must be able to lift 20 pounds.
