Job Summary (Essential Functions)

Position  #4475 Full Time Position
 

As a Customer Service Center Agent, you will serve as an ambassador for Peak Vista Community Health Centers and be responsible for making a positive first impression on all callers. You will be responsible for providing excellent, compassionate and empathetic customer service to each unique individual calling Peak Vista through our one call resolution Customer Service Center. You will be asked to build trust by understanding the needs of our patients and customers and resolving those needs effectively and efficiently. To perform this job successfully, we ask the candidate to have at least 6 months of customer service experience
