Job Summary

Responsible to partner with the Enrollment Services Manager for the overall management of the Enrollment Services Department.  Responsible for tracking and monitoring grant related activiteis, preparing weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for review and action oby Client Services Leadership.  Monitors and manages project work for the Enrollment Services Department, including project tacking and follow up.  Participates in Revenue Cycle improvement activities.  Responsible for many aspects of patient needs, customer service and departmental supervision.  Provides guidance to employees with determining eligibility for CICP and PV Sliding Scale as well as Medicaid/CHP+ intake application process, DART data input, scanning files, database managemente, and scheduling.  Responsible for attendance tracking, training, process improvement and quality assurance in conjunction with the Manager to ensure compliance.  Supports all ES locations through cross training, coverage and other duties as assigned.  Also represents Enrollment Services and provides exceptional customer serviices both internally and externally when needed.  Performs other duties as assigned.

Supervision Exercised: Enrollment Services Supervisors (through matrixed leadership), Enrollment Services Specialists.

Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Work Experience: 1 or more years of registration experience (including Medicaid, Medicare, CICP, and CHP+ applications) preferred. Supervisory experience preferred. Customer Service experience preferred.

Cognitive Skills (Language, Math, Reasoning Ability): Verbal communication, basic math and the ability to defuse tense situations required.

Computer Skills: Basic computer knowledge required.

Other Skills: Bi-lingual preferred. Ability to work both as a team and also independently required.

Physical Demands

Frequent standing and walking, occasional long periods of sitting, moderate bending, moderate energy requirements, and frequent fine motor skills. Looking at computer screen continuously for long periods of time, hearing within normal range. Must be able to lift 20 pounds.
