Nestled in the Front Range of the beautiful Rocky Mountains, Peak Vista Community Health Centers is a nonprofit Federally Qualified Health Center. The Peak Vista staff members are a team of professional, caring individuals who are motivated, enthusiastic, respectful, energetic and committed to making a difference in the lives of our community.  We are expanding our integrated healthcare services with the addition of a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to provide consultative assessments and short-term, follow-up interventions, while working with primary care and behavioral health providers, as well as other members of an integrated care team. 
We seek: 

• Mental Health Clinical Nurse Specialist or Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner licensed for adult and pediatric populations.
• Masters level academic preparation, Doctoral degree preferred.
• RXN & DEA required. DEAx preferred.
• Prefer one+ years of clinical experience.

Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
