Peak Vista Community Health Centers is a non-profit healthcare organization whose mission is to provide exceptional healthcare to people facing access barriers.  We provide primary care services (medical, dental and behavioral healthcare) through 27 outpatient health centers in El Paso, Teller, Lincoln, Adams, Elbert and Kit Carson counties.  We deliver care with our strong “Hospitality” culture.  Our organization has over 800 employees and serves over 84,000 patients in the Pikes Peak and East Central Plains region.  Peak Vista is accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care, Inc. (AAAHC).
 
 Peak Vista has an opportunity for a full time BC Family Practice Physician to join our team of providers serving all ages in our AAAHC accredited outpatient clinic in Limon, CO.  Great quality of life/work with four 10-hour days, no inpatient duties and almost no call.  Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
 
Must have a strong desire to make a difference in the community.  Must embrace a team oriented approach and be comfortable working with and overseeing advanced practitioners.  Will see 20-25 patients per day.  Call schedule is minimal.
 
Federal and State funds are available for loan repayment for eligible candidates.  Peak Vista offers a full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, optional long term and short term disability and a 403b retirement fund.  Additionally, because Peak Vista is a FQHC, the provider’s malpractice insurance is covered through FTCA government funds.
